As Business Process Manager – Order to Cash you will join Group Accounting in this exciting role and you will play a vital role in one of LEO’s business critical operations – the outsourcing of its financial transactional processes. LEO is on a journey to reduce internal complexity and use its time and resources where they matter the most.
In this role you will have the responsibility for managing a team of four employees and refer to Senior Director Group Accounting. You will join approx. 20 skilled colleagues working in an atmosphere characterised by trust and freedom to create results. You will be located at LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.
As Business Process Manager – Order to Cash you will focus on enabling LEO’s outsourcing partner (BPO provider) you will be responsible for continuously optimizing the finance related tasks to the OTC Process as well as following up on KPI’s and ensure smooth transition of new tasks if they occur. You will moreover ensure that the handling of processes will follow LEO policies and authority legislation with the new BPO provider.
You will, thus, take ownership of both the implementation and optimization phase, while still ensuring that LEO’s supplier delivers high quality within the agreed terms.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
LEO Pharma expects you to visit its BPO provider in India when it begins introducing a new country/affiliate and/or initiates major changes. In the role you can expect one to two trips abroad per year lasting around a week each time.
You hold a master’s degree in economics or accounting backed by +5 years' experience, preferably from an audit firm serving major international companies. Alternatively, you have experience from a Group Finance function. Irrespective of your background, you have gained solid experience with internal controls and process optimisation and you have experience automating processes and developing follow-up tools.
Moreover, you have acquired competences acting as the connecting link in a supportive/counselling role and you know how to bring both business, financial and analytical skills into play.
Experience managing rather small teams is not a requirement, but would indeed be an advantage.
As a person you work independently and are solution-minded when challenges arise. You are driven by assumptions and have the courage to assume responsibility. You are an organiser, are robust and have a consistent work approach. You assume responsibility and know how to escalate when required.
You are used to working hands-on, thrive on having multiple contacts and is comfortable being the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. You are a strong communicator with the ability to explain complicated tasks in an easily understandable way. You have an open mind, including the ability to create a constructive dialogue and collaboration across cultural, professional and geographical borders, in English.
