Business Process Controller - Order to Cash

This position
As Business Process Controller – Order to Cash, you will join Group Accounting in this exciting role and play a vital role in one of LEO’s business critical operations. Essentially, LEO Pharma is on a journey to reduce its internal complexity and spend its time and resources where they matter the most.

You will work in a stimulating environment with plenty of challenges and development opportunities and with a possibility of influencing your own role. You will refer to and act as the right hand to the Business Process Manager, working in an atmosphere characterised by trust and freedom to create results. You will join a team that is responsible for strengthening the Global financial OtC processes within the affiliate sales area along with monthly reporting & internal controls. The position is based at LEO headquarters in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen.

 
More specifically, you will have these responsibilities:

  • Support LEO affiliates with daily handling of operations related to sales and inventory adjustments to ensure that all activities are reflected in a complete and accurate manner in LEO’s books.
  • Perform key internal controls and monthly controls related to sales, price and stock with a high degree of independence and quality.
  • Ensure that OtC Finance meets the requirements and complies with the recommendations by the financial auditors and ensure that OtC Finance is prepared for audits at any time.
  • Participate actively in ongoing optimization of routines and methods in collaboration with team colleagues, i.e. robotics development.
  • Address and, if necessary, drive and act as a ‘focus lead’ on various ad hoc tasks/projects related to your area of responsibility.
  • Provide hands-on support for reconciliation of key OtC processes that supports strategic projects related to OtC.

 

You will be ’one point of contact’ for some of the entities in the LEO Pharma Group and handle all OtC issues related to these entities. In this position, you will have much interaction across the international organization.

 
Your profile
You have a finance degree, e.g. HD(R) or cand.merc.aud., and have auditor and/or financial controlling experience. Hence, your financial toolbox is in place, you have a solid business acumen and, preferably, experience establishing, optimizing and validating processes, while at the same time delivering on specific tasks.

As a person, you are proactive, self-driven and ambitious with the ability to navigate in a changeable environment, often facing short deadlines. It is important that you work independently, taking responsibility for your own tasks while being able to run projects with a various range of stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator with a positive and problem-solving attitude, and you create overview and share knowledge without losing your focus on important details.

In addition, it is important that you are hands-on and operational and that you have a strong Change Agent attitude. If you have knowledge about the Order to Cash flow from another manufacturing company, this would be a clear advantage.

You are fluent in English and have strong IT skills (MS Office) and must have experience with SAP.
