Anders has a comprehensive and all-round experience within finance and leadership from various Danish and international companies. His recent position was as CFO at Axellus (former Dansk Droge A/S) which is part of the Orkla Group.

During the last 15 years Anders has worked for companies within the following groups; GN Store Nord, Incentive and Borealis – apart from Axellus.

Anders holds a HD and cand.merc.aud. degree from Copenhagen Business School. In 1993 he became a state-authorised accountant after 7 years at Arthur Andersen and he has since advanced with an EMBA from IMD.

Henrik is responsible for developing the existing client portfolio and establishing contact to potential customers in Zealand. 

Henrik has more than 15 years of leadership experience both on national and international basis – as CFO, business controller and management assistant from companies such as NCC, Egmont International, Siemens Services and XponCard.

Henrik’s focus has been on financial management during important periods of transformation and the professional and organisational development and structure of finance functions, IT, HR, purchasing, etc. In addition, due to his overall leadership experience – and as a part of the management – he has worked with organisational and strategic business development encompassing M&A activities, turnaround/streamlining projects, etc. Henrik is also experienced in international project funding as Account Manager at Dansk Skibskredit A/S.

Henrik is a graduate from Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD in France.

As Client Service Director Nicolai is responsible for developing the existing client portfolio and establishing contact to potential customers in Zealand.  

Nicolai has comprehensive experience within finance and leadership from both national and international companies. Before joining Basico Nicolai was the CEO at Lauritz.com and prior to that the CEO at Elizabeth Arden Nordic. He has also worked as Finance Manager and Controller in several of Unilever's subsidiaries in both Denmark and abroad.        

Ole Brødsgaard - Client Service Director - Copenhagen

Ole is responsible for developing the existing client portfolio and establishing contact to potential customers in Zealand.

Ole has more than 15 years of  experience within finance and management  as managing director, project manager, business and group financial controller from companies such as: Vestas, Nycomed Pharma, Lego Group and A.P. Moller-Maersk Group.

The focus in Ole's work has been on strategy development and implementation, business development and alignment, project management and process optimisation, financial management, accounting, cash flow management and implementation of ERP system.

Ole holds a HA and HD-R degree from Aarhus Business School and an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School. 

 

Hans Thalund - Resource Director - Copenhagen

Hans is responsible for developing and maintaining consultants at Basico.

Hans has great experience within management, resource sourcing, search and recruitment of managers and specialists. He has worked in several interesting companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Unik Human Resource as HR Director and Searcher respectively.

Hans has a background as officer of the line in the army and holds a MBA degree, furthermore, he is considerably experienced as management consultant/advisor where Person – Job – Business Development have all been a unifying principle in his career.   

Christian Elimar - Client Service Director - Aarhus

Christian is responsible for developing the existing client portfolio and establishing contact to potential customers in Jutland and Funen.

Christian has a comprehensive and all-around experience within finance and leadership acquired through employment in a number of large Danish and international companies. Christian’s recent position was the Head of Business Improvement Finance at the Telenor Danmark Group.

In his previous career path as Project Manager, Christian has worked with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, M&A activities, streamlining and process improvement projects and SAP R/3.

Christian holds a cand.merc. degree in organisation and strategy from Aalborg University.  

Søren Lindgaard - Client Service Director & Business Area Director - Aarhus

Søren is responsible for further development of  Basico's office in Aarhus with regards to both customers and resources. In addition, Søren acts as Client Service Director for a number of our customers in Jutland and Funen.
 
Søren has more than 10 years of experience as VP and CFO in international companies such as FLS Aerospace Group, LEGO Group and Tvilum-Scanbirk. Lately, Søren has held a position as the Executive VP and CFO at Skykon Group.

The main focus in Søren's positions has been to establish finance functions with emphasis on the following; the role of the finance function in relation to the rest of the company including the quality and efficiency of the basic finance processes.

Change management has also played an important part in Søren's carrier among others in connection with the preparation and implementation of turnaround plans and the establishment of shared service functions. In terms of reporting the key working areas have been the establishment of management cockpit, forecast processes and profitability steering.
 
Søren holds a cand.merc.aud. degree from the Copenhagen Business School and has also studied at INSEAD and Wharton.
